10 minutes of stress-relieving activity every day
It’s so easy to get busy and more stressed, but if you add just 10 minutes to every day for a stress break could help with your mental health tremendously. Taking a break from work, family, and the overwhelm that can come with our to-do lists doesn’t have to be complicated. Try these ideas. Read a book for pleasure. Meditate. Walk. Try yoga. Play a game with your kids, your pets, or alone. Dance. Sit quietly. Watch the snowfall out your window. Savor a cup of tea.
